Kamson provides professional leasing services to both local and overseas owners. Our team is committed to offloading our clients from the burdens of tenancy affairs while maximizing their investment return. Our Scope of Services includes:

  • Property leasing and tenant selection.

  • Free Lease renewal agreement & Filing stamp duty & CR-109.

  • Rent review.

  • Ensuring compliance of the lease provisions to protect owner's interests

  • Arranging maintenance for appliances during tenancy;

  • Settlement of expenses, including government rates, property tax and management fees etc.; (could inclusive of reporting letting income.)

  • Handling of interior maintenance and renovation; following up orders and directions issued by the government or incorporated owners

  • Handling tenant complaints

  • Monitoring arrears and provision of support to recover overdue rental payments or repossession of the property

  • On-site inspection of the premises upon expiry of the lease

  • Providing seasonal (every 3 months) statements, listing out details of income and expenses for easy reconciliation
